My approach is psychodynamic and I work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have experience of working with Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Relationship Difficulties and with Carers of People with Mental Health Issues
